Annual General Meeting 15 October 2012

The Annual General Meeting of Box Hill Area Toy Libraries Inc. will be held at: 8:00 pm on Monday 15th October 2012 at the Toy Library (during borrowing session) All members (i.e. borrowers) are encouraged to attend.
We need a quorum of 10 financial members.  So we really need your assistance and attendance. In accordance with constitution, all committee positions will be vacated and nominations will be taken for election to the committee. In order for the Toy Library to remain open the following positions must be filled:
  • President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • And at least 6 other committee members.
We have current committee members who will nominate for only some of these positions.  Most of those on the committee have been there for over 2 years (some for over 6 years), and as a result some will be looking to move on. We are urgently seeking interested parties for the following roles:
  • Morning Group Leaders (4 vacant positions)
  • Vice President (vacant)
  • Roster & Membership Officer (vacant)
  • Fundraising (vacant)
  • Website (vacant)
Other Committee Roles also available:
  • Marketing & Publicity
  • Evening Group Leader (4 positions)
  • Toy Coordinators (2 positions)
  • Party Pack Coordinator
