How to join
How does the bond work?
All members are required to pay a $50 bond when signing up for membership.
This bond will be refunded once a member decides to leave the toy library on the condition that members complete all required volunteer duties and return all toys.
Bonds are refunded at the discretion of the committee and partial bond refunds will not be provided.
Do all members have to volunteer?
Yes, all toy library members are expected to complete five volunteer duties per year – four one-hour sessions helping at the toy library and one special event, such as helping with fundraising or stocktake. Without help from members, the toy library cannot operate.
Members wishing to schedule their duties can do so via MiBase. Using the same link you can also browse our toy collection and renew your toys.
